24 Hours Live Arrival Guarantee* - In the unlikely event that live stock arrives dead, we must be notified by the same day of delivery within 24 hours. Please take detailed pictures of the damaged goods and send them to us as soon as possible. After 24 hours following delivery, the Live Arrival Guarantee will expire. All replacements are regarded as final, and we won't offer another one.
Take at least 2 crisp images of the damaged goods in their original, unopened, and sealed transparent packaging, and send the photos to us via email within 24 hours. greenproplant@gmail.com
Please refrain from taking photos of your aquarium's animals or damaged plants. once they've been incorporated into the ecosystem of your aquarium. It is not currently covered.
Please keep in mind that Live Arrival Guarantee only guarantees that live stocks will be alive upon arrival. We cannot guarantee that you will continue to have success with them. Many factors, including the aquarium environment, water quality, nutrient, temperature, lighting, filter, and CO2 system, can contribute to the failure to grow live plants and live animals.
WHAT WE CAN'T GUARANTEE
Despite the fact that our plants are extremely clean, we cannot guarantee that they will be completely free of pests because we cannot be held accountable for your aquarium. Use it at your own risk, please. Prior to use, we advised all consumers to cleanly cleanse the plants and confine them.
However, plants grown in tissue culture will be completely devoid of parasites, algae, and interaction with any aquariums.
Because of how the product is. We can't promise that there won't be any pests on our plants. We cannot guarantee that our plants will be free of pesticides (snails, algae, hitchhikers). To keep pests under control in our greenhouse, we make our own organic pesticides. Copper-containing insecticides are not used by us. Invertebrates such as aquatic snails, crabs, shrimps, and other species are poisonous to copper.
We cannot promise that your aquarium will thrive or take responsibility for its inhabitants, which may include but are not limited to fish, shrimp, snails, turtles, etc. So while using plants, please isolate them altogether!
Unless otherwise stated, we cannot guarantee that aquatic plants will emerge or submerge.
