We guarantee that all our plants and accessories are of the highest quality.
Despite our best efforts to protect plants with careful packaging,
occasionally there are products that are not up to standard or that are damaged in transport.

within 24 hours of you receiving the damaged package.

To enable a fast and smooth process:
Please send us your order number, and describe the issue and provide us with a picture(s) that displays the problem.
Please do not throw away any part of the package until the issue has been fully resolved.
Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days.

WRONG ITEM
If we have sent the incorrect plant, please notify us immediately and we will send the correct variety at our expense.
Proper proof will be required to initiate a reshipment.
