 Green Pro promises that every item is meticulously selected, wrapped, and containerized to ensure the plant goods are delivered to your destination safely.

Order processing time for live plants:

Live plants are delivered Monday to Friday: The majority of plant-only orders, except those for out-of-stock, pre-order, or backorder products, can be shipped out within one business day.


Order handling period for live animals:

From Monday to Wednesday, live animals are shipped: Orders for live animals take longer to ship. Orders for live animals are only shipped when they can be received during the week, preventing them from travelling on the weekend.

The handling period for live animals varies from one to five business days, depending on the climate and cattle condition. We'll send you tracking details through email.

Delayed Parcels:

  • The U.S. Postal Service or our chosen courier may occasionally take longer than usual to deliver your packages. We must wait 15 working days, or three weeks, before declaring a package lost by law. For further information, see the U.S. Postal Service website.
  • If your parcels were lost by the courier service, we will issue a replacement by 50/50, which means we pay 50% and the customers pay 50% plus postage for the replacement orders. We cannot be held liable for any delay caused by the U.S. Postal Service.
  • If you choose free replacement while placing your order, more. The replacement will be a part of your subsequent order. (With no fee) (There must be proof.)

     

     Refused Shipment Policy:

    All clients are required to maintain their addresses current!
    Please be sure to update your shipping address frequently! (Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shopify Pay, Ali Pay, and other payment processing systems, together with debit and credit cards)
    Any shipment that is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address or for other reasons will not be refunded.

       

       

      Cancellations: We are aware that occasionally events spin out of control.
      In order to cancel your orders, kindly get in touch with us right away. Only orders that are not being dispatched by shipping couriers may be cancelled.

      Return Policy:
      Sales are final; there is no return policy.

      Live animals and plants are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
