Tropical Water Lily - Nymphaea Purple Joy (White + Purple) - Tuber

I ordered two lilly plant from you and when I went to your website to report it last Friday the 20th I didn't get a response back from you regarding the dead and decomposing lilly tube. I continued to try to make contact and sent photos of the live lilly and dead lilly next to each other with still no response. I'm starting to believe that nobody monitors your chat feature and you should probably remove it if your not going to monitor it. I would normally not worry about this and just go through a different company, which I will do going forward, however I don't want other people to go there what I went through. Money is tight and if you expect people to spend their money on your product at the very least you should make an effort to response. By the way, I checked my spam folder before I wrote this message and never received a message regarding my issue from you. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Have a day.

Received and planted. But it will be months before I see the flowers. Hopefully before the summer is over I will see the colors. Service filling the order was quick
